Hyde Park Residence , Kitchen

Contemporary New Build Sasha joined the project during the foundation phase, collaborating with architect Dana Gordon of DG Architecture. The client commissioned her for full interior services across the 1000sqm home, which led to a series of structural and spatial refinements that unlocked new design potential. A key intervention involved shifting a central steel column two metres to the right and concealing it within the upper-level brickwork, maintaining support while freeing the kitchen from visual obstruction. The custom kitchen, designed and built by Laurdine Interiors, features Niemann Board finishes, Nero Fioretto Marble, a tempered glass extractor hood with grey mirror vinyling, and Miele appliances, all composed with a focus on clean lines and quiet detailing.
