One of Sasha's proudest achievements was being granted the tender to structurally redesign infrastructure as well as facades of a 1000sqm private property in Hyde Park, Johannesburg - Below you will see internal solutions to the footprint of the main suite on the first floor. The accepted proposal was to pull down the main bedroom balcony by 3m to align with the wrap around balcony on the first floor. This offered subsequent improvement to the scale & circulation of the inner footprint of the main suite. The final layout of the Main Suite, Inclusive of a: His & Hers Walk-in Wardrobe, A Grand Bedroom, A Full Main Bathroom with a double steam shower, inclusive also of a separate double shower & enclosed WC. Full project management of the build as well as finishing and fit outs was powered by Sasha!

FF Main Suite

Main Bedroom , Fireplace Detail , Concept Render

To reduce the cost of the Fireplace stone cladding , attic stock from the main bathroom were repurposed and cladded onto the mantle feature. The clients are able in future to remove the tiles and clad in marble.
