Hyde Park Private Residence — Structural Redesign & Interior Reconfiguration One of Sasha’s proudest achievements was being awarded the tender to structurally redesign and reimagine the facades and infrastructure of a 1000sqm private residence in Hyde Park, Johannesburg. The accepted proposal introduced a 3m extension of the main bedroom balcony, aligning it with the wrap-around terrace on the first floor. This intervention not only enhanced the architectural rhythm of the façade but also transformed the scale, flow, and spatial circulation within the main suite. The final layout of the Main Suite included: His & Hers walk-in wardrobes A grand bedroom A full main bathroom featuring a double steam shower, a separate double shower, and enclosed WC Sasha oversaw complete project management of the build, including finishing, detailing, and fit-outs — ensuring design integrity from concept through completion.

Main Bedroom , Fireplace Detail , Concept Render

To reduce the cost of the Fireplace stone cladding , attic stock from the main bathroom were repurposed and cladded onto the mantle feature. The clients are able in future to remove the tiles and clad in marble.
